Day 1: Thursday, October 29
We begin our journey today to Nashville, Tennessee. First, we stop at Opry Mills for a little shopping and lunch on your own. This afternoon, we arrive at Dolly Parton’s NEW Songteller Hotel in the heart of Nashville! It’s more than just a place to rest your head, it’s a hub of music, style, and hospitality, all designed the Dolly-way. Welcome to something truly special.
Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum invites fans to experience Dolly’s expansive career and most personal memories through the eyes of Dolly herself. Step into Dolly Parton’s story from rags to rhinestones, from Hollywood to Dollywood and from initial Country music stardom to global acclaim. Sing along and dream big with Dolly inside this museum experience as vibrant as the icon herself. Using state-of-the-art technology and immersive exhibits, Dolly will take you through her many worlds of music and movies, family and faith combined in a kaleidoscope of dreams, hopes and, of course, dazzling style. Her mosaic of memories, as songwriter, actress, musician, philanthropist, the Smoky Mountain Songbird and global icon, create the gritty and glittery backdrop for her story to unfold. Explore themed galleries such as The Hall of Fame, Life on the Road, Dolly’s Writing Room, Dolly’s Wardrobe, and The Imagination Library, each bursting with her signature sparkle and heartfelt storytelling. Don’t miss the museum’s exclusive boutique for limited edition treasures and the flagship store filled with Dolly favorites—a perfect ending to this unforgettable experience!
This evening, we will enjoy dinner and a show at Parton’s Live, the hotel’s signature entertainment venue located on the second floor. This lively experience features delicious dining paired with classic Nashville-style performances. (D)
