Day 1: Wednesday, June 2, 2027
This morning, we hit the road toward Branson, Missouri, making necessary stops along the way. Early afternoon, we check into our Branson hotel, Hilton Convention Center. Dinner tonight is at The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks, some of the best dining in Branson. They offer a unique farm-to-table dining experience unlike any other, completely prepared and served by students of “Hard Work U.” Then, tonight at the fabulous Sight & Sound Theatre, we experience the state-of-the-art theatrical production, DANIEL. Taken from his people, Daniel is exiled far from home in the perilous kingdom of Babylon. Now, this faithful servant must navigate his new life inside a palace filled with golden statues and shifting empires. As royal pressures mount, Daniel is faced with a dangerous choice. Day 2: Thursday, June 3, 2027
After breakfast, we travel to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. Located just south of Branson, the park is a breathtaking 10,000-acre Ozark wilderness featuring crystal-clear streams, towering bluffs, and abundant wildlife. Included is lunch at the Chuckwagon Pavilion, a $10 store gift card, and a Wildlife Tram Tour. We return home this afternoon with delightful memories of our time in the Ozark town of Branson. (B, L)
