Day 1:
We travel to Nashville this morning and enjoy some shopping time and lunch, on your own, at Opry Mills Mall. Opry Mills is Tennessee’s largest outlet, value retail, shopping, dining and entertainment destination, with over 200 stores.
Then, we check into the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel, situated in the heart of Nashville. Gaylord Opryland Resort welcomes guests to a stunning, one-of-a-kind resort experience. Guests can explore 9 acres of airy, indoor garden atriums, a wide selection of award-winning restaurants & bars, the world-class Relâche Spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Also, take in a Christmas Fountain Show, a breathtaking synchronization of light, water, and holiday music. This is a free fountain show every evening at 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
This evening, we attend the 40th Annual Country Christmas Dinner Show at the Hotel, with entertainer/entertainers to be announced early 2023. The delicious holiday meal is prepared by the resort’s culinary team followed by the show. (D)
Day 2:
Breakfast is included this morning and then you can enjoy the entertainment and amenities this resort offers. Tickets are included to ICE! and the Delta Flatboat Cruise. Don the signature blue parka and step into a wonderland carved by expert artisans out of two million pounds of colorful ice with larger-than-life sculptures and plunge down slides made entirely of ice in this Gaylord Hotels original experience. ICE! is the work of master artisans from 7,000 miles away in Harbin, China, who chip away at 2 million pounds of ice over the course of several weeks to create the scenes you’ll enjoy when you walk through ICE! The 2023 ICE! theme will be released in early 2023.
The Delta Flatboat River Cruise carries passengers through the 12 Days of A Country Christmas on a festive cruise on the quarter-mile-long river winding through the resort’s Delta Atrium.
You may also choose to visit the Parade of Trees throughout our Garden Conservatory and Cascades atriums and learn how you can win once in a lifetime experiences from country music’s biggest stars! Trees decorated by Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, George Strait, Jon Pardi, Jordan Davis, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Maddie & Tae, Reba McEntire, Sam Hunt, and Tyler Hubbard will be on display all season long. Hosted by Universal Music Group Nashville to benefit First Responders Children’s Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network. This afternoon, we return home.
